The PHX Terminal 4 South Apron ASR Reconstruction (“T4 South”) Design-Bid-Build project focused on the removal and replacement of 19 acres of airside concrete panels affected by Alkali Silica Reaction (ASR) at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. By leveraging a culture of collaborative teamwork with the development of unique means, methods and technologies to complete the work in the field, the project was delivered 55 days early, nearly $0.9M under budget, and with a perfect safety record and no claims.
